When I first started seeing Michal two years ago, I assumed the depression that had plagued me for decades (since I was a teenager) was just part of my life and how my brain was wired. I was hoping for some assistance to reduce the frequency of the negative spirals, but I had low expectations. I’ve been through a lot (a LOT) of therapy and tried numerous medications. I am deeply, deeply grateful for how different my life is today thanks to her help. Nope, it’s not perfect (but I can now see how unreasonable and unhelpful that expectation is and I’m thankful for the new self-compassion skills!). With her guidance, I can love better: I am a much better partner and parent. Thanks to her assistance, the inner critic doesn’t run the show: I am thriving professionally and love what I do. After two years of therapy, I find my friendships are much stronger: I am more available for friends, and freer to reach out for support when I need it. Change did not and does not happen overnight (and I’m not sitting blissfully in cruise control now), but I strongly recommend Michal for anyone searching for more wholeness and the tools to live a fuller and more meaningful life.
My cannabis healing session with Michal Cohen
was absolutely amazing. Michal first asked me about
my intentions for the session, which later I thought it
was critical for me to set my intention before the
cannabis healing session. Once the intention was set
and done, I just followed Michal’s direction and
completely trusted her.
When the session finished, I felt a sense of healing,
and a sense of well-being. I often think about that
special day. I highly reccomment a cannabis healing
session with Michal Cohen.
Michal made me feel comfortable and safe, but
most importantly, I felt healed and felt a sense of
forgiveness towards the other and myself.
