The cost per session operates on a sliding scale from $200 to $250. This scale is designed to accommodate different financial situations, ensuring that therapy remains accessible to those who need it. The specific fee within this range is determined based on individual circumstances and can be discussed during our initial consultation.

Each session is specifically tailored to what your needs are for that session. I start each session with you exploring what your intention is for that session. And if you don't have an intention, that is 100% Ok too, sometimes an intention looks like I want some support in coping with a stressor.

This is unique for each individual based on what your goals for therapy are. For some people, this may be a few months, for others it could be a few years.

My therapeutic approach is a combination of multiple modalities to include: psychodynamic, mindfulness, and compassionate inquiry.

We will discuss this decision together to determine if this approach would benefit you. It generally takes 1-4 therapy sessions to make this determination together.

I utilize a trauma informed approach, which means I am always checking in with you before asking more questions, checking in to see how you are doing. Trauma informed means you have a say in everything we do and your safety is my top priority.
